Vital Proteins = Beauty

Holy Solar Eclipse!  Who was able to see it?  I didn’t have the glasses, but I was sitting outside at the local Starbucks when a man came up and had a lens from his telescope and had people looking up at it, so of course I took a gander.  For like a second, I was honestly a little scared to look at it for too long.  Then I ventured over to Target to grab some things (yes I only walked out with ONE thing and it was something I actually needed) and all of the employees were outside talking, looking up at it, taking cig breaks – you know just making the moment real magical.

Anyway, today I am so excited to share a brand that I love with y’all.  I discovered this brand a few months ago at Lizzie’s Herb Shop.  It’s a local herb and supplement store here in Kernersville and my Mom actually works there so she told me about Vital Proteins and the importance of collagen peptides.  Once I heard the great benefits of collagen, I started using the Vital Proteins Unflavored Powder in my coffee.  Now, it is a part of my morning routine.

Collagen peptides are not the only thing provided by Vital Proteins.  Their main goal aligns with mine and that is to help people feel their best, give their best, and look their best.  I’ve told y’all before, I want to inspire women of all types to feel and look their best.  We just have better days when this is the case and I love that Vital Proteins is with me on this.

So now, the question is why?  Why is collagen so great?  Well, it is a vital building component of our bodies.  Our bodies cannot produce enough collagen on their own, especially with some of the diet choices we make; therefore, supplementing your collagen intake with Vital Proteins can benefit you in numerous ways.

Here are just some of the benefits of collagen:

Glowing Skin

A More Youthful Look

Improved Digestion

A Healthier Gut

Deeper Sleep

Joint Health

Increased Athletic Performance

Joint & Bone Strength

Healthy Cartilage

Vital Proteins uses collagen to awaken your inner beauty.  Collagen helps to bring some moisture to your skin, creating more elasticity and therefore making you look more youthful.  I’m 28 and although I have a great skincare routine that is helping to moisturize and keep my skin looking more glowy and young on the outside, but I love that Vital Proteins is giving me something to work with from the inside out.  You’ve probably heard this a gagil times in reference to diet and exercise, but it is true that what we put in our bodies shows on the outside and with collagen it’s no different.  You want more elastic and younger looking skin?  This is your answer.  Vital Proteins helps to give your inner beauty a little umph in a natural way.

Okay so now, how?  How can you get collagen in you ASAP?  Well, everyone is different so thankfully Vital Proteins has a variety of products that can work for almost anyone.  Like I mentioned before, I have been using the Unflavored Collagen Peptides in my coffee in the mornings.  I just do one scoop and it dissolves so quickly y’all it’s insane.  I don’t even stir it and I promise you can’t taste it.  You may may may taste a slight difference the first time, but I have been known to have very strong smell and taste senses and I didn’t taste it SO, take my word or leave it, but I’m just telling ya, it shouldn’t effect the taste of your coffee or tea.  So yes, you can even add it to your tea.  Not only can you add it to your morning beverages, but you can also add it to a smoothie or even bake with it!
