So as much as I love coffee & it really is one of my favorite things, I have recently discovered a new source of caffeine that is growing on me – Matcha Tea. Today I want to teach you a little about this new phenomenon. It is sort of like a green tea, but better. It comes in a powder and can be added to a smoothie, shake, and/or hot or cold water. Matcha gives you energy that lasts throughout the day and doesn’t make you feel all jittery. Along with energy and non-jitterness, matcha enhances your mood, boosts your metabolism, contains vitamin C, and many other things.
